The work
The Path Back
My work isn’t a method. It’s a lived path—shaped by the healing I’ve done in my own body, the thousands of hours I’ve spent with clients, and the teachings I’ve studied across traditions.
It’s a path of return.
We move through what I call the full cycle of remembering. From the root up: birth, belonging, boundaries, shame, power, intimacy, truth, integration, and connection to something greater. These are not abstract ideas—they are embodied thresholds. They live in our nervous systems. They live in the chakra system. And they hold the imprint of every survival strategy we’ve ever needed.
This model draws from Western psychology, somatic practice, coaching, breathwork and altered states, archetypal and energetic frameworks—and the wisdom of the earth, the body, and the field.
But mostly, it draws from life. Your life.
Whatever form the work takes—intensives, breathwork, group process, 1:1 sessions—it all moves from this same map: an invitation to come back to what’s real, layer by layer. Below are some of my offerings and the modalities I combine.
One-to-One Intensives
This is the deepest personal work I offer.
These in-person intensives take place over 48 hours (sometimes longer) and are shaped entirely around the person sitting in front of me. We work with what’s real—through therapy, breathwork, medicine, ceremony, altered states, somatic processing, field work, and ritual.
This is not a fixed programme. Some people come to work with trauma or grief. Others are in a major life transition. Some need to reconnect with a part of themselves they’ve buried for years. We might use conscious connected breathwork, transpersonal psychotherapy, ceremonial work, or energy and movement-based process. Every step is based on your nervous system and what’s actually ready to be worked with—not what sounds impressive on paper.
This is not a retreat. It’s not an escape. It’s a direct encounter—with yourself.
These intensives are a high-investment offering & Payment plans are available if needed.
They take place in Costa Rica (Nosara), London, or Laguna Beach CA, depending on availability.
Group Therapy
Group work is some of the deepest and most revealing psychological work we can do.
It shows us how we relate to others. How we protect ourselves. How early dynamics still shape our present-day interactions—often without us knowing. In the group, these patterns don’t just get talked about. They get lived. And from there, they can be witnessed, understood, and transformed.
This is not light work. It asks for presence, honesty, and a willingness to stay in contact—with yourself, and with others.
I run a long-term process group that meets monthly for 12 months, from March to March.
If you're interested in joining the next group please get in touch.
Ceremonial Altered States
I offer ceremonial altered-state work for those who are ready to explore deeper layers of their psyche, body, and consciousness.
This work often involves sacred ceremony where we work with what the earth offers naturally and we hold it within a carefully structured ceremonial container. It is not recreational, casual, or open-ended. Every ceremony is shaped in direct relationship with the person involved—their history, their readiness, and the specific process emerging through them.
Ceremonies are not offered on demand. Each one requires substantial preparation, deep energetic holding, and committed integration afterwards. For this reason, only a limited number of people are invited into this work at any given time.
I collaborate with other experienced facilitators and therapists depending on what’s needed. Together, we hold a field where altered states—whether catalysed by medicine, breath, movement, or silence—can open what’s ready to be seen.
If you’re inquiring about this work, know that we begin slowly. With conversation. With preparation. With real clarity around why you're coming and what you’re ready for.
This isn’t a service. It’s a process. A commitment. And a sacred responsibility
Depth Coaching
This is not life coaching. It’s not about goals or productivity. It’s for people standing at thresholds—after the breakdown, in the middle of the unraveling, or on the edge of something that hasn’t yet fully arrived.
Depth coaching holds space for what’s in motion beneath the surface. It’s a space for people who are sensitive, awake, and aware—but still stuck in an old pattern, or disoriented by what’s been shaken loose.
This work draws from coaching, yes—but also from psychotherapy, spiritual practice, somatic process, altered state integration, and a deep trust in the timing of the psyche.
We don’t push. We listen. We move slowly. We get clear.
Because clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder—it comes from coming back into contact with what’s true.
Sessions are long and deep, please email me to discuss the potential of working together.
Integration Work
This is for people who have touched something big—through psychedelics, breathwork, expanded states, or spiritual experience—and need a space to land it.
Integration isn’t just for when things feel messy or overwhelming. It’s also for those who want to honour the depth of what’s come up. To slow down. To listen. To make meaning, without rushing to interpret or move on.
Whether you’re processing a profound insight or trying to steady yourself after an unexpected opening, this is the space to bring it.
I work with people who are integrating:
Psychedelic journeys (psilocybin, MDMA, ayahuasca, ketamine, etc.)
Conscious connected breathwork
Spiritual awakenings
Emotionally intense or somatic processes
Neuroplasticity means that in the days and weeks following these experiences—especially the first three weeks—we are more open, more impressionable. This is the moment when new ways of being can begin to take root. But if we miss that window—if we skip the work of integration—we miss the chance to imprint the change.
We work slowly, somatically, and relationally—tracking what’s still alive in the nervous system, what’s trying to emerge, and what needs support to fully integrate.
Breathwork
I work with a consciously connected breath. This style of Breathwork brings us into direct relationship with the body—the place where trauma lives long after the event. It bypasses logic and speaks in sensation, rhythm, contraction, and flow. It moves beneath the surface to the places words can’t reach.
The breath opens gateways—to early memory, to ancestral imprints, to the frozen energy of survival states. This work is powerful and deeply sacred. And it offers a way back into an integrated state of flow. Reclaiming all the parts that were at some part struck off.
The way I work is deep, somatic, and spiritually connected. Each breath balances the yin and the yang—the surrender and the charge. We work with the nervous system to expand capacity, moving between states of activation and release, building the ability to stay present through intensity, and to come home safely afterward.
I offer this work in groups in Nosara, Laguna and London. It also fits into my practice as a whole.
Transpersonal Psychotherapy
I have worked as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist for over a decade and this is the foundation to my practice. This is the depth psychological work. Rooted in developmental theory, psychodynamic understanding, somatic awareness, and the transpersonal field.
In transpersonal psychotherapy, we explore the full spectrum of human experience—including states that sit outside the ordinary. This might include spiritual crisis, altered states, non-ordinary perception, ancestral material, or early relational trauma that shaped the way you orient to the world.
This work does not pathologise complexity. It honours the intelligence of the psyche and the body. We work relationally, slowly, and with precision—tracking what’s emerging now and what’s trying to resolve from the past.
I offer a limited number of one-off 90-minute sessions for those who need a contained space to process something specific, integrate an experience, or reconnect with their internal compass. I no longer offer 1:1 weekly therapy.
Supervision
I offer one-off intensive sessions for therapists, coaches, facilitators—and of course those at the beginning of their path.
Whether you’re in practice or just starting out, this is a space to reflect, reorient, and move forward with clarity. We can explore your work, your clients, your training direction, or your business model in a way that honours both depth and sustainability.
This is for:
Practitioners navigating complex client dynamics
People unsure which training path or modality is right for them
Coaches or facilitators building a model that reflects their integrity
Anyone seeking honest, experienced reflection on the clinical, energetic, or systemic aspects of their work
This is not ongoing supervision. It’s a space to check in—deeply and honestly—with someone who understands the layers.
