Who I Am

Hi, I’m Debora — Transpersonal psychotherapist & depth coach, breathwork & altered state guide, leadership for the new world, and someone who has lived the long road of healing from the inside out.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people across 16 years, held over 15,000 1;1 client hours, and spent just as much time walking through my own grief, trauma, and soul reclamation.

The Path Home is not something I created overnight. It’s the result of everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve studied, everything I’ve held. It’s what I wish I’d had on my own healing path.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer containers for truth. Containers where we can feel, remember, and reclaim the parts of ourselves that the world told us to bury.

You’re here because shame has been living in your system for a long time.
Not just as a feeling—but as a structure. A posture. A silence.

It may not always look like shame.
It might look like being too nice, too successful, too invisible, too angry, too numb.
It might sound like “I’m fine,” when you're anything but.
Or “I should’ve known better,” when all you needed was to be held.

Shame is rarely loud.
It’s quiet. Hidden. Deep.
It shapes our entire orientation to self, to others, and to the world.

Power is often confused with control, achievement, or dominance.
But real power doesn’t come from force. It doesn’t come from ego.

When disconnected, power becomes distorted.

The work of your throat chakra. More then speaking this threshold is about the expression of your life force. The flow of your soul into form.

You’re here because you want to feel safe inside yourself.

You've shaped your voice around what's acceptable. What's safe. What won't get you rejected, punished, or cast out.You learned early that certain truths were dangerous. That speaking up meant losing connection. That your questions, your anger, your difference—these were too much. Too loud. Too raw. Wrong.So you adapted. You became articulate, intelligent, careful. Or you went quiet. Disappeared. Learned to read the room so well you forgot what you actually wanted to say.The throat became a gatekeeper instead of a channel.Some of us learned to over-speak—to fill every silence, to perform eloquence, to talk around what's real while never landing on it. The voice became a wall. A way to control the narrative. A way to keep people from getting too close to what we actually feel.

Others learned to under-speak—to make ourselves small, to swallow our words, to rehearse what we'll say ten times and then not say it at all. We became experts at editing ourselves down to something palatable. Something that wouldn't threaten belonging.Both are protection. Both are brilliant adaptations to environments that couldn't hold our truth.

This threshold is about more than speaking.
This is about the expression of your life force. The flow of your soul into form. The creative power that wants to move through you from your deepest parts. This is about the expression of YOU.

The throat is where everything you are meets the world. Where your power, your emotion, your knowing, your truth—all of it—expresses itself. This is how soul becomes sound. How inner experience is seen in the world. How you start letting this energy and life and soul move through you clearly and cleanly in the world.

When this channel is open, you're not trying to create. You're not forcing expression. You're not manufacturing words or art or presence. You're simply allowing what is congruent to flow—into language, into art, into movement, into the way you show up, the way you work, the way you love, the way you live.This is your creative alignment.


Not creativity as something you do to prove yourself—but as the natural expression of who you are when you're not blocking the flow.This threshold is the work of the throat work—we are in the field of true expression which is spiritual in nature.

As this depth of true expression comes from a space with minimum ego. It bridges the space between inner world and the outer one. Between what lives in you and what gets to be heard.

And for most of us, that bridge is blocked.

We didn't learn to fear our voice—or our creative force—in isolation. We learned it in families that punished emotional honesty, in schools that rewarded conformity and punished different ways of thinking, in cultures that systematically silence anyone whose existence challenges the dominant narrative.
We learned it when our ideas were dismissed. When we were talked over. When speaking up meant being labeled difficult, dramatic, too much, too sensitive. When telling the truth about what was actually happening—the abuse, the dysfunction, the unspoken pain—meant being gaslit, blamed, or cut off.

The body holds what the voice and the creative self-cannot express. This is the body's memory of every time speaking was unsafe. Every time our expression was met with rejection, ridicule, or punishment. The jaw, especially, becomes the final gate of repression—holding the "no" we couldn't say, the anger we had to swallow, the grief that had no witness, the desire that was too dangerous to name, the wild creative impulse that had nowhere to go.

When power and desire aren't allowed free movement, they get stuck at the throat. This shows up as creative blocks, perfectionism, fear of being seen. As disconnection between what we feel and what we say

The work here is not about speaking more or creating more. It's about coming back into alignment, letting the voice and the creative force serve truth instead of protection. This is how soul becomes form. As the natural expression of who you are when the channel is finally open.

How inner truth becomes outer expression. How everything you are—all that power, all that depth, all that knowing—gets to be spoken, created, lived, seen.

You have the right to speak. You have the right to create. You have the right to let all of that soul, all of that truth, all of that you—flow freely into the world without apology.You always did.

This is stepping over the threshold that leads us back to truth, where perception and interpretation become one.

Intuition is the body’s capacity to perceive information that arrives before thought.
It’s pattern recognition, energetic sensitivity, and a direct sense of what’s true.
Most people were taught to override it.
When experience and language didn’t match — when the body said one thing and the adults said another — the mind learned to doubt what it sensed.

Over time, this disconnection between perception and validation weakens trust in our own awareness. The third eye relates to this repair.
It’s where perception and interpretation start to work together again.
Here, we look at how early distortion, denial, or emotional confusion trained us to mistrust what we felt, saw, or knew.
How gaslighting, spiritual dogma, or family systems that value compliance over truth fracture our relationship with reality.

Reconnecting this centre isn’t about becoming psychic.
It’s about restoring coherence between what the body registers and the understanding of the mind.
It’s about learning to stay with perception long enough to tell what’s actually happening, rather than collapsing into old patterns of doubt or analysis.We study the difference between intuition and hypervigilance.
One is rooted in regulation and the other in fear.
Trauma trains the nervous system to track threat; intuition tracks congruence and meaning.
As regulation deepens, intuition becomes cleaner — less distorted by anxiety, more grounded in present awareness.

Dreams, images, synchronicities, and myths all reflect the deeper movement of consciousness.

When we learn to read that language, the unconscious becomes conscious and a powerful ally rather than a hidden force shaping our choices.

Collectively, this work matters because we live inside systems built on denial and projection.
When a culture teaches people to distrust their inner perception, it becomes easier to manipulate and control them.
