We begin with the truth: most of us were never taught how to be grounded.
We were never given the space to fully land.
Womb trauma, early life stress, ancestral patterns, and developmental ruptures left us floating, armoured, or numb.

This is where we start: Coming back to the root.
To the earth beneath us.
To the breath inside us.
To the body as our home.

This is not a spiritual bypass.
This is a return to the body—to the muladhara, your literal and energetic root. It’s where we begin the work of truly coming home.

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Debora — Transpersonal psychotherapist & depth coach, breathwork & altered state guide, leadership for the new world, and someone who has lived the long road of healing from the inside out.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people across 16 years, held over 15,000 1;1 client hours, and spent just as much time walking through my own grief, trauma, and soul reclamation.

The Path Home is not something I created overnight. It’s the result of everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve studied, everything I’ve held. It’s what I wish I’d had on my own healing path.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer containers for truth. Containers where we can feel, remember, and reclaim the parts of ourselves that the world told us to bury.
